Read the activity log
Activity is the admin audit report: a filterable record of who did what to which record and when. It is where you answer “who changed this price?” or “when did that event get re-signed?”, alongside a companion view of captured employee email for the same filters.
Before you start
- You need the permission to view administration (the Admin / Owner role has it).
- Every record already carries its own activity feed; this tab is the cross-record view for when you do not know which record to open.
Find an action
- Open Admin, then Activity.
- Use the Filters to narrow down:
- Employee, or All employees.
- Model, the kind of record (Event, Customer, Order, and so on), or All models.
- Period, a From and To date.
- The Activity list shows each action with When, Employee, Action, Model, Item, and From. Click a row for its detail. If the list is empty, widen the filters.
Review captured employee email
The Employee email panel shows mail captured against employee mailboxes for the same filters, sent by (outbound) and sent to (inbound) the selected employee, with When, Direction, With, and Subject. Click a row to preview the message.
Good to know
- From is where the person was when they made the change. If the address falls in a range you registered, it carries that network’s name, which makes an audit read much faster. See register your own networks.
- “Not recorded” is an answer, not a gap. Anything Florio does on its own, an overnight job, a scheduled email, an import, has no person and no place behind it, so there is nothing to record. Entries from before this was added read the same way.
- System-initiated actions show as System, and imported records from an outside system are tagged so you can tell an automated change from a person’s.
- What captured email an admin can read still follows the studio’s privacy rules; the audit itself records who viewed what.
