Set up your booking page

Booking turns your reps’ calendars into something a prospect can book against, from a link on your website or an instant reply to a new inquiry. This page sets it up. What the client sees when they book is covered in What your clients see.

Before you start

  • Connect Google Workspace so Florio can read real calendar availability. See Connect Google Workspace. Until it is connected, booking pages show as unavailable.
  • Decide your meeting types (a discovery consult, a design review) and how long each runs.

Set the scheduling limits

  1. Open Admin, then Booking.
  2. In Self-booking configuration, set the limits that shape what times are offered: the booking horizon, slot grid, buffer around events, minimum notice, and a daily cap per rep.

Build your meeting types

  1. In Meeting types, add each type with its Name and Minutes.
  2. Set its Location (Google Meet, Phone, or In person), whether it is Self-bookable, and whether it is Active.
  3. Recorded meetings auto-transcribe and feed the meeting notes; recording is announced to participants by Google Meet.

Turn on the public page and autoresponder

  • Under Public booking page, switch Public page enabled on to get a Public URL your website can link or embed. Anyone who books there becomes a lead automatically.
  • Under New-inquiry autoresponder, you can have Florio instantly reply to a classified new inquiry with a booking link. Leave Dry run (log only, don’t send) on first, review a week of what it would have sent, then turn sends on.

Good to know

  • Calendar sync health shows each rep’s connection. Channels register once the booking pool has members and the sync worker runs.
  • To offer specific times inside an email instead of a public page, see Propose meeting times.
