What's new
Florio is developed and run inside a working floral and event design studio, so features land steadily and get exercised on real events the same week. Highlights below, newest first. Florio is in early access; request access to get on the list.
July 2026
Jul 8: A pricing page, a self-guided tour, and four how-it-works pages
floriohq.com gained a standalone pricing page with an annual and monthly toggle, the white-glove setup services, and a plain-language FAQ, plus a self-guided tour that walks through Florio one module at a time. On the docs side: Your first week on Florio and four new How Florio works pages, covering proposals and your photo library, the margin scorecard, rentals and the storefront, and native apps and boards.
Jul 8: floriohq.com and this docs site
Florio’s public home went live: the product story, persona pages for florists, event designers, and rental companies, transparent pricing, and these docs. The request form goes straight to a person.
Jul 7: Booking that lives on every record
Propose real meeting times inside any email, or share a booking link that reads your team’s actual calendars. Booking now works from every kind of record: leads, clients, events, orders, and more. Meetings land with video links attached, and reply timers clear themselves when the consult books.
Jul 6: Marketplace orders, parsed and reconciled
Orders from floral marketplaces now flow straight into the order board from their notification emails: line items, delivery details, and special instructions intact, with platform fees reconciled from gross to net so payouts match the books.
Jul 5: Shop TV display boards
Apple TV boards for the workroom and warehouse: load-out day, prep queues, deliveries in flight, and an executive dashboard, rotating on a playlist you control.
Jul 4: Task delegation everywhere
Every timeline gained a one-box composer: log a call, add a note, or assign a task to a teammate with a due date, and they get a clean branded email about it. Tasks sort by whichever is sooner, the due date or the reply timer.
Jul 2: The morning briefing
A daily 7am email with yesterday’s bookings by line of business, pipeline movement, and what needs attention today. The whole business on one screen before the first coffee.
