It reads the same numbers you do

The storefront draws on the same pooled ledger as your rentals, so a public checkout can never promise something a proposal already holds. A paid booking becomes a firm hold the moment money changes hands, and availability updates everywhere at once.

Delivery priced by distance

Checkout quotes delivery from where the customer is, not from a flat guess, so a booking across town and a booking across the county each pay what the trip actually costs.

What we don’t publish

These pages explain what Florio does and why it’s valuable. They intentionally leave out the internal mechanics (the availability schema, hold and pricing logic, and security details) so you get real confidence in the product without us handing over the recipe.
