Connect Google Workspace
Esta página aún no está disponible en tu idioma.
Connecting Google is the first thing to do on Florio, because it lights up two things at once: your client email starts filing itself onto the timeline, and your calendar becomes bookable. You only do this once.
Before you start
- You need a Google Workspace account for your business.
- Connect the account you actually email clients from.
Steps
- Open your workspace settings and choose to connect Google.
- Sign in with Google and approve the access Florio asks for.
- Confirm the connection. New client email begins landing on the matching client’s timeline, and your calendar is now available for booking links.
Good to know
- History can be backfilled. Florio can bring in years of past correspondence, so you start with context instead of a blank slate.
- Only client-matched business mail is captured, and what each teammate can see follows your role permissions.
